THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN BILL

    Politicians in America are so connected with special interest groups that they cannot get any work done. They cannot fix any of America’s problems. If this issue is not addressed soon,  America will become third world. I could give some morbid examples but I will refrain because recipients of this letter will know what I mean and know that I am correct. However, this issue is not totally the fault of politicians. We the people drop every thing in their laps and expect them to take care of it while we complain. We as citizens should not complain, we should help. Please understand, I do not want to replace politicians I want to help them. I want to create a bill entitled "THE PEOPLE HAVE SPOKEN BILL". This bill will allow the American citizens to make crucial decisions on issues that affect America, and will allow the majority to rule. The bill should be simple and clear, stating that once the American voters vote on something that they have spoken and their voice should be heard unaltered. All votes are final and effects are to be implemented immediately. Issues should to be taken directly to the people and not held up in the endless political chain. Once Implemented results are not negotiable, not even in court. If anyone tries to change it or block it, for example if a judge refuses to go along with the measure he or she would be subject to large fines and or removal. Please understand our country is in a very dangerous position and our government representatives clearly have no clue or desire to fix our country's problems. So we are unable to do anything except watch television. However, we do have a choice; we can start doing what clearly has to be done and fight to save our country, before it is too late. Once our bill is passed, trust the people to find  common sense solutions to issue's without delaying them in congress. I believe that 90 % of the people, left or right will support this bill. We all have our fair share of issues that we feel need to be heard, ranging from corrupt legislation to judicial personnel that try to over turn decisions made by the common people. Pedophilia is on a rise in America today, yet when caught, those guilty of this vile crime are set free to repeat their exploits by corrupt and inapt members of the American judicial system. Wasteful spending, immigration issues, for example Mr. Bush to send 1.4 billion to Mexico for their border,to help against their illegal immigrant problems, when we know that they are just passing through to our border. Common sense that money should go to help our border. Below are but a few examples of issues that could be addressed.

RIGHT TO GOOD HEALTH ACT
Remove all proven health risk food products from our country. For example soy. Collectively the soy industry spends 80 to 100 million dollars a year telling the world how great soy products are, they gross around 100 billion dollars a year. Soy is 100% poison and 100% bad for you. There is no way to make a good version of it. Consequently, 40 % of food products that we purchase contain this poison. Brazil produces large quantities of soy, however it is against the law to put soy in any foods in Brazil because they know that soy is hazardous to your health. America’s water supply is so full of toxins, one would think that terrorists were in charge of it.  Waste products from aluminum plants are but a small portion of additives that are allowed into our water supply and you don't want to know what happens when you boil tap water. Margarine has nickel in it however real butter  does not. Teflon coatings in cookware release toxic chemicals into our food every time we cook with them. Surgical steel cookware does not. All Cooking oils become toxic when heated except  coconut oil, coconut oil is very good for you and does not promote weight gain. These are only a few examples of things that the American consumer is forced to use due to these special interest groups also, Hospitals /doctors should partner up with top nutritionist instead of fighting against them. We have at our disposal, several healthy alternatives to medical drugs that America is currently consuming Also, illegal aliens should not be allowed health care,as is. We should put them on notice while simultaneously working a firm but fair plan. These above Items would save our country billions and improve our over all health. By teaming up our doctors and our top nutritionist we would have the best health care system in the world.This is all Common sense information. Healthier people are happier people, making them more productive with a lower costing yet healthier lifestyle. Now, if a simple man like myself can come up with this then imagine what our country's top minds could do. The only difference between a dream and reality is an action. No one else has stood up and said "let’s do more than talk". So I am doing it. To get this started, I will need your help.
